Chicken Tortilla Soup

Ingredients
1/2 cup onion3 boneless, skinless chicken breast1 garlic clove1/4 tsp. chili powder1/4 tsp. ground cumin2 cans chicken broth1 can diced tomatoes1 can green chilies4 teaspoons cilantro2 oz. monterrey jack cheesetortilla strips
Directions
cook the chicken in vegetable oil, then add onion, garlic, chili powder and cumin. Cook for 2 minutes then stir in the broth, tomatoes, and green chilies. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.

Put soup in bowl, sprinkle tortilla strips, cheese and cilantro over top.
