Ground Beef Potatoe Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef1 cup chopped onion1 cup carrot chopped6 medium potatoes1 cup chopped celery1 can condensed low fat mushroom soup1 can condensed mushroom soup1 cup water2 tsp garlic powder
Directions
Brown ground beef and onion in a frying pan.
Spray 9 x 11 pan with non stick spray.
Cover bottom of pan with sliced potatoes.
Mix Carrot and celery with ground beef and onion.
Put half of the beef mixture over the first layer of potatoes.
Mix mushroom soup and water and pour half over the first layer.
Put another layer of potatoe and then ground beef mixture and cover with the remaining soup.
Bake for 70 minutes at 350 F.
