Sausage, Potatoes, and Peas

Ingredients
1 lb pork breakfast sausage2 small new potatoes, diced1 small sweet potato/yam, diced1 cup frozen peas
Directions
Brown sausage until almost done. Add in diced potatoes. Add peas in just long enough to thaw and get hot. I rolled mine into a burrito, but the tortilla is NOT included as part of the recipe.

Makes 6 1-cup servings (which is more than enough for a burrito!)
