Low-Fat Watergate Salad

1 oz box Jello Sugar Free, Fat Free Pistachio Instant Pudding (prepared with non-fat milk)20 oz can Pineapple Slices (or equivalent in crushed) in unsweetened juice1 cup Non-fat Greek Yogurt, Plain (I like Oikos)2 cups thawed low-fat Cool Whip1 cup chopped walnuts
1. Prepare the pudding mix with nonfat milk as instructed on box
2. Drain pineapple, and cut slices into small pieces. Add to pudding
3. Mix remaining items(walnuts, Cool Whip and yogurt)
4. Refrigerate at least 5 min, or freeze for at least 15 min for a thicker consistency.
Makes 8-10 servings
