Wingettes: 4lb bagWhole onion, green pepperAdoboBlack PepperPicante: sazonOnion powderMustardflour/bread crumbs
Directions
In a skillet pour oil to cover bottom of pan, or use a fry cooker. Heat, and dip covered chicken in bubbling oil. Once brown turn over to the other side. Take out, dab off oil and serve with your fav sauce or salad
