4 Bean Edamame Salad

Edamame (approx 2 cups), shelled and cooked1 can garbanzo beans1 can black beans1 can great northern beans1/2 cup olive oil1/3 cup cider vinegar (or can substitute any other vinegar)1/3 cup sugar (or can substitute stevia to decrease calories and sugar)
Rinse and drain all beans. In a small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, and sugar. Pour dressing over beans and refridgerate at least 3-4 hours before serving.
Note: olive oil will congeal after refridgeration; set out for approx. 20 minutes and stir well before serving.
