dice tomoates (I use William Sonoma food chopper to process all this quickly)dice onionsdice bell pepper - I use whatever color I have1 bunch of green onionssmall dice serrano peppers remove seeds and ribbingpluck cilantro leaves and chop (1 bunch)grate some of the lemon peel into the dish (to taste) and juice 2 lemons (taste and add more if needed)I use Lawry's seasoning salt shake 1.5 times around my bowlLemon Pepper also 1.5 times around my bowlMince garlic
Chop all the ingredients and mix together.
Makes a big bowl - I use this for salad dressing, on chicken, rice, kids use it as salsa for chips.
