Rice, Beef, Bacon Mix

Ingredients
Ground beef, lean, 16 oz Bacon, 1 unit, cooked (yield from 1 lb raw m Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped White Rice, long grain, 1.5 cup
Directions
Cook all items separately. Ground beef, drain. Bake bacon, drain. Cook rice, set aside. Dice onion and mushrooms and bacon. Saute onions, add beef, bacon, rice and top with mushrooms. Cover pan with lid and allow mushrooms to continue to cook. Enjoy.
