1 Mission low carb whole wheat buritto shell1 cup Spinach, fresh12 cherry tomatoes, sliced in 1/34 thin slices of Red OnionParmesan cheese, shredded, 1/4 Cup
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray round pizza pan with Pam. Place burrito shell on pan. Make sure spinach is washed and dried throughly. Layer spinach, tomato slices and red onion slices on burrito shell. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 5-7 minutes, then broil for 3-4 minutes. Watch carefully so as not to burn.
