Ingredients
chicken breasts - thinseasoning - I used Island Spice All Purpose Spice I bought in Jamaica, but any general Seasoned Salt type seasoning will work.Olive Oil
Directions
Coat aluminum foil with olive oil. place thinly sliced chicken breasts on foil. season with seasoning. fold the foil over to make a wrap around the chicken. cook on grill, flipping the wrap several times.

    I used chicken thighs. We cut off the extra fat. I used chicken seasoning and grilled on low. It was awesome! And ---chicken thighs are the best deal at Sam's Club. $1.13/# - so a much better value than breasts. - 9/2/11
