Easy Strawberry Coconut Ice Cream.

Ingredients
1 lb strawberries, divided.2 cans coconut milk3/4 c sugar (or to taste)
Directions
Reserve half of the strawberries and chop into small pieces. Add remaining strawberries with coconut milk in blender and puree. Add the sugar and blend - adjust sweetness to taste. Keep in mind that frozen things tend to taste less sweet. Chill at least 3-4 hours in the fridge or 1-2 in the freezer. Add to ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions. Add chopped strawberries during the mix-in stage.
