Turkey & Cheese Roll-ups

Ingredients
3 slices Turkey Breast Lunch Meat2 slices White American Cheese1 8-inch Flour Tortilla1 tsp. Honey Mustard
Directions
Warm tortilla in microwave about 20 seconds to make soft. Spread honey mustard on one side of tortilla. Lay turkey on top of honey mustard and then lay the cheese on top of the turkey. Roll up into a cylinder shape. You can leave this whole and eat it as is, or slice into little pinwheels.

Makes 1 wrap, or 7 little pinwheels.

    Unless the tortilla is 100% whole grain, the turkey meat unprocessed and the cheese 'real' instead of "American", this wrap is not that healthy. - 8/25/10
