My family loved this! I switched it up a bit. I put about half a head of red cabbage sliced up underneath the chops. Delish! - 11/12/10

I haven't tried it yet but based on the comments, I will add some carrots and mushrooms to provide some juice. - 10/11/10

I made this exactly to the recipe, and I was so disappointed.
My husband, who likes anything with soysauce even commented they were dry, and overly strong soy taste. This one we won't be making again. But then everyone is different. By the way I served it with broccoli & rice. - 9/28/10

I made this for dinner today - it was very good, only the pork seemed a little dry. It was a big hit with my family and the convenience of using the crockpot was great! The aroma throughout the house was lovely too - I can imagine making this often through the Fall and Winter. Thank you. - 9/1/09

Due to lack of approporiate groceries, I substituted Worchestershire sauce for the soy sauce. My family loved it! It resembled a sweet and sour taste. On a second try, I used the appropriate ingredients and even my picky 2-yr old ate it! - 5/8/09

These were wonderful. My sister even asked for the sauce to put on chicken for her dinner that night. I used less soy sauce and more ketchup. my kids loved it..they were so tender. - 4/3/08

Made this tonight. Everyone enjoyed. I added a bit of shallots, A1 and dry mustard seasoning. I'll cook not as long next time cause it was a bit dry. But my fussy 7 & 4 y.o. non-meat liking boys had 2 helpings! Thanks! - 3/30/08

Good. Very tender. To salty though, and I even used lite soy sauce. Will use less soy and more ketchup next time. - 2/18/08
