1 LB 93% LEAN GROUND BEEF30 PIECES PEPPERONI2 SLICES 96% LEAN SLICED HAM1/4 CUP SLICEDONION1/4 CUP CHOPPED BELL PEPPER1/4 CUP MINCED ONION1/2 CUP PART SKIM KRAFT MOZZARELLA1/4 CUP 3 CHEESE ITALIAN SHREDDED CHEESE2 TEASPOONS MINCED GARLIC1 CAN PETITE DICED ONION WITH NO SALT
PRESS THE LEAN GROUND BEEF INTO A PIZZA PAN LEAVING SOME OVER THE SIDES BECAUSE IT WILL SHRINK. THE PLACE THE "CRUST" IN THE OVEN AT 425* FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES WHILE YOU CHOP THE VEGE AND MICROWATE ONIONS AND PEPPERS FOR A MINUTE. DRAIN THE CANNED TOMATOES.
TAKE THE "CRUST OUT OF THE OVEN AND DRAIN FAT.
ADD TOMATOES AND SPICES TO THE PIZZA CRUST. THEN LAYER ON THE HAM AND CHEESE THEN THE PEPPERONI ON TOP.
RETURN TO THE OVER ANOTHER 10 TO 20 MINUTES UNTIL CHEESE IS MELTED AND BEGINS TO BROWN.
THIS IS SUPER YUMMY AND VERY ADKINS FRIENDLY FOR THE FIRST STAGE.
