Peach Crumble

6 lg peaches, sliced and peeled (drop in boiling water for 30 sec, skin falls right off) ¾ c Splenda2 Tbsp corn starch 1 c water ½ tsp salt ½ tsp vanilla Topping:1 stick butter, melted 1 c flour ¾ c oats 1/2 c Splenda1/2 c brown sugar 1 tsp cinnamon
Put prepped peaches into a 8x11 baking dish.
Mix sugar, water, cornstarch, salt. Stir constantly. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, while stirring, 3 min. Add vanilla, pour over peaches.
Mix melted butter with flour, oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Crumble over fruit.
Bake uncovered 45 min at 350 degrees.
