Easy Pasta Salad

Ingredients
2 cups rotini pasta, uncooked2 cups small fresh broccoli florets1 cup halved cherry tomatoes1/4 cup sliced black olives1/3 cup light italian dressing1/4 cup light parmesan cheese - grated
Directions
Cook pasta as directed of package, adding broccoli to the boiling water for the last 2 minutes of the pasta cooking time; drain. Place in a medium bowl.

Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly. Cover

Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.

    This is very good. I like to add marinated arichoke hearts. I switch out the cherry tomatoes for chopped sweet red pepper and sometimes change the dressing to a light ranch just to switch things up - 8/17/11
