Lowfat Potato Salad

Ingredients
5 Medium Potatoes4 Jumbo Eggs98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup1/2 cup chopped onions (Green or Other)1/2 cup chopped celery1 cup sweet peas1/8 cup yellow mustard2 tablespoons red wine vinegar1 tablespoon salt1 tablespoon pepper1 tablespoon dill1/2 tablespoon paprika1/2 tablespoon onion powder1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
Directions
Peel and dice potatoes.
Boil approx. 8 minutes.
Meanwhile, boil 4 jumbo eggs.
Mix other ingredients in a large bowl. Slowly add potatoes and diced eggs, folding in to the mixture.
Refrigerate at least 3 hours before eating.
