Lean Mean Sausage Egg Sandwich

Ingredients
1 Arnold's or Oroweat Multi grain Sandwich Thin1 large egg2.5 oz of Isernios Breakfast Sausage (2.5=80 cals and 2.5 g of fat)1 oz of light cheddar (i use celtic cheddar for it's strong taste)2 tsp of margarine
Directions
Measure out 2.5 ounces of chicken sausage. Spray cooking spray on your hands so that the sausage doesn't stick. Pat the sausage into a patty. Cook in a nonstick pan until no longer pink. Set aside.

Scramble one egg in same nonstick pan to desired doneness. Set aside.

Measure out 1 ounce cheese. Place on warm sausage to start melting

Toast the sandwich thin. Spread each side with 1 tsp of butter.

Assemble and then put it in your mouth

Say yum. You know you want to.
