Ground beef, 16 oz Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk, 1 cup, shredded *Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, 0.5 cup *Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry, 0.5 cup Egg, fresh, 1 large Basil, 7 leaves 1 Onion, choppedGarlic, 4 cloves *French's Worchestershire Sauce, 1 tsp*Colgin Liquid Smoke, 1 tsp *Ketchup, Heinz, 3 tbsp*Italian Herb Seasoning - McCormick, 2 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Pepper, black, .5 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne, .5 tsp
sauté onions, a .5 tsp of italian seasoning, and garlic till translucent. Let cool a few minutes.
in bowl, combine beef, onions mixture, parm cheese, bread crumbs, quick oats, rest of all seasonings, ketchup, liquid smoke, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix just until all ingredients are incorporated. Do not overmix.
Roll into 20 balls. Stuff some mozz cheese inside each ball.
bake in oven for 15 mins or until cooked through.
