Mom's pumpkin roll

Ingredients
3 eggs 1 cup sugar2/3 cup pure canned pumpkin1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp cinnamon3/4 cup flourFilling--2 tbsp soft butter unsalted8 oz cream cheese3/4 tsp vanilla extract1 cup powdered sugar
Directions
Spray jelly roll pan with pam or any other cooking spray and line it with wax paper

Mix together
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup pure pumpkin
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup flour


Pour onto wax paper and bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or less depends on your oven turn onto a kitchen towel that has been sprinkled with sugar peel off wax paper roll up and cool

For filling
mix together
2 tbsp soft butter unsalted
8 oz cream cheese
3/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup powdered sugar

Once combined spread on cake roll back up and chill
