low calorie cinnamon apple bread

Ingredients
2 small apples1 1/2 c sugar1/2 cup low calorie margarineegg beaters equal to 3 eggs1/2 c skim milk1 1/2 c white flour1 1/2 c whole grain flour3 t cinnamon1 t salt1 t baking soda
Directions
Core and cut up apples
beat all ingredients then add apples and mix with spoon
pour into 2 greased loaf pans
350 degrees for 50-60 minutes
12 slices per loaf = 128 calories per slice.
