Chicken Thighs1/4 Cup Soy Flour - per thighCooking Spray1/4 tsp. Smokey Mesquite Seasoning1/4 tsp. Garlic & Pepper Seasoning Salt
*Preheat oven to 375º
1. Mix soy flour, Smokey Mesquite Seasoning and Garlic & Pepper Seasoning salt in small bowl.
2. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray of your choice.
3. Rinse Chicken with cold water
4. Coat chicken in soy flour mixture. Lay flat on
cookie sheet.
5. Cover cookie sheet tightly with foil and pierce the foil in 8 areas to release moisture and steam..
6. Bake for * 20 minutes, turn chicken over and bake 15 minutes or until done.
*Oven temperatures and altitudes may have an effect on your cooking time.
