WW Sausage with Apples and Sauerkraut

Ingredients
1 (14-ounce) package turkey smoked sausage, cut into 3-ince pieces and halved lengthwise1 3/4 c onion2 large Braeburn apples1 (16-ounce) package refrigerated sauerkraut, drained2 t carraway seeds1/4 t pepper
Directions
Heat a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Add sausage, cut sides down; cook 4 minutes or until browned. Add onion; cook 2 minutes, stiffing occasionally. Add apple; cook 6 minutes or until apple and onion are tender. Add sauerkraut and remaining ingredients. Reduce heat to medium; cook 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally. Yield: 4 servings (1 1/2 c each).
