1 Medium Fresh Summer Squash1 Can S & W Mexican Style Stewed TomatoesFresh MushroomsFresh Green PepperI Can't Believe It's Not Butter Lite
Directions
Cut up squash, mushrooms, and peppers. Saute in "butter". Add stewed tomatoes. Simmer until done. Add whatever herbs or seasonings you want. Serves 4.
