• 1 lb of beef cubed• 1 envelope dry low-sodium onion soup mix• 7 cups of water• 4 cups red potatoes, peeled, and cubed• 8 medium-sized carrots cut into chunks• 1 medium onion – chopped• 1 1/2 cup frozen peas• 1 1/2 cup frozen corn • 2 cans of organic tomato sauce• 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce• 1/2 tsp. pepper• 1 bay leaf• 2 tsp. dried thyme• 1 1/2 Tbsp. dried rosemary• 1 Tbsp. garlic crushed• 2 Tbsp. garlic powder• 1 tsp. of celery salt• 1/2 tsp. of celery seed• 2 tsp. garlic salt – less if you don’t want it to be too strong on garlic and too salty• 2 tsp. GOYA Adobo All Purpose seasoning with cumin
1. Combine all ingredients except water and tomato sauce in slow cooker
2. Then poor water and tomato sauce over all the ingredients and stir.
3. Cover. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hrs.
