Gazpacho Salad w/shrimp

1-2 Red Tomatoes, chopped1/2 English cucumber, peeled and chopped1/4 red onion, finely chopped1 yellow, orange or red bell pepper, choppedgarlic clove, crushed1 small can of tomato sauce1 tbsp cilantro or oregano1 teaspoon coriandersalt and pepper2 tbsp olive oilhot sauce to taste1 lb raw shrimpold bay seasoning
Chop up veggies. Mix in bowl with spices, salt and pepper, olive oil, and hot sauce. Add tomato sauce until it all comes together (I usually use about half the can.) Sprinkle the old bay on the shrimp and grill until just pink. Serve the warm shrimp over the cool salad. Tastes even better over a serving of couscous.
