4 chicken thighs1 c fiber one cereal1/2 c egg substitute1 tbs garlic herb seasoningdash pepper
Directions
makes 4 servings..1 thigh

run cereal through a food processor till its a crumb like consistancy, add spices & mix. Dip chicken into egg substitute and coat in cereal crumbs. Bale 375 degrees 40 min

    I cut up chix breast into thin strips and am trying this w/out egg just some spray oil on cookie rack atop baking sheet. Looking forward to trying this one :) - 11/5/10
