Homemade BBQ chicken Pizza using Leonardi pizza dough

Ingredients
Dice and pan 'fry' chicken in a non-stick pan or use a little bit of non-stick spray in the pan. Add BBQ sauce. Spread out the pizza dough in an oiled pizza pan or stone (use corn meal instead of oil), and place boboli pizza sauce on the crust, then add cheese, chicken breast, and veggies of choice (we like red bell peppers and scallions).
Directions
We use a large pizza pan a 16" pan, cut it into 16 pieces.
