Broccoli with Garlic Sauce by Weight Watchers

Ingredients
1/4 cup low sodium chicken broth3 tbsp sake or rice wine2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce2 tbsp oyster sauce1 tbsp cornstarch2 tsp sugar1 tbsp canola oil3 to 5 garlic cloves minced1 pound broccoli crowns cut into florets
Directions
1. Combine the broth, sake, soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and sugar into a small bowl and set aside.
2. Heat a nonstick wok or a large, deep skillet, over medium high heat until a drop of water sizzles. Swirl in the oil, then add the garlic. Stir-fry until fragrant, about 10 seconds. Add the broccoli and stir-fry until crisp-tender, about three minutes. Add the broth mixture and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture boils and thickens, about 1 minute.
