Vegan Banana French Toast

Ingredients
6 pieces of 100% whole what bread1/2 cup lilght Silk vanilla soymilk1/2 tbsp. ground cinnamon1 tbsp. organic honey2 small, very ripe bananas1 sliced banana for decoration(optional)
Directions
PREPARATION:
- preheal a skillet in low temp after adding a bit of spread around it to prevent the french toast from sticking


COOKING
1. toast the bread until crispy

2.mix 2 ripe bananas with soymilk and cinnamon in blender until smooth, then empty into bowl

3. dip both sides of the toast into the mixture in the bowl

4. place the french toast in the skillet in med. temp for about 20 seconds each side, or until desired crispyness is achieved

5.garnish with honey and bananas with cinnamon
