Hazelnut Butter with Cocoa

1 cup hazelnuts whole1 tbsp oil1 tbsp cocoa powder1 tbsp honey1/4 cup soy milk1/8 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 350
Roast hazelnuts for 7 min turning once in the middle.
allow nuts to cool and the skins will come off most of them. If they don't all come off no worries.
Grinde nuts in a food processor. I use my magic bullet for this.
Add other ingredients to chopped nuts and blend to desired consistancy ... you may need to add or take away soy milk depending on the how you like it.
