Spinach and Feta Cheese Quiche

2 10 oz. pkgs. frozen, chpped spinachEgg, fresh, 3 large Milk, 2%, 1 cup 1 Cup, Reduced Fat Feta Cheese, about 4 oz 2 tbsp chopped Scallions1/2 tsp. saltpinch nutmeg1/4 tsp. black pepper1 pre-rolled pie crust for 9" Pie
Thaw and drain water from from spinach. Beat eggs and milk. Add feta, scallions, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Pour into thawed pie crust and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake another 25 minutes or until knife comes out fairly clean.
