Pita Chips - Quick & Easy

Ingredients
- 1 Joseph's Flax, Oat Bran & Whole Wheat Pita Bread- Cooking spray- Spices of your choise. Recipe is basted on 1/4 tsp each of onion, chili & curry powders plus garlic salt & ground cumin.
Directions
1. Place a sheet of parchment paper on a regular dinner plate & spray lightly with cooking spray.

2. Divide a single pita bread into 8 wedges & tear wedges apart for 16 "chips" per pita.

3. Place 8 of the "chips" on the parchment paper/plate & spray lightly with cooking spray.

4. Sprinkle lightly with spices & microwave on high for 2 minutes, or until crisp.

5. Repeat steps 3 & 4 with the other chips.

Makes 1 16 chip serving.
