Zesty Orange Chicken with Lentils

12 boneless, skinless chicken thighs1 bunch broccoli cut into pieces2 tsp canola oil1 tsp each dried thyme and tarragon2 cups lentils1 tbsp soy sauce2 tsp mustard1/4 cup flour2 garlic cloves, minced1 cup orange juice
Dip each thigh into flour and set aside. Heat 1 tsp oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add half the chicken and cook until well browned, 2 minutes per side. Place on a plate. Add remaining oil and chicken to pan and brown. Place on same plate. Add garlic, thyme and tarragon to pan, and stir until garlic is golden, 30 seconds. Mix orange juice, soy sauce and mustard; add to pan and bring to a boil. Return chicken to pan. Simmer, uncovered, turning occasionally, until cooked through, 7 to 10 minutes. Add broccoli; cover and simmer until tender crisp, 2 to 3 minutes. Meanwhile, heat lentils in a small pot or microwave. Divide among 6 plates; spoon chicken mixture overtop.
