Turkey and Veggies Mini Meatloaf

Ingredients
1 pound lean ground turkey or ground chicken breast3/4 cup rolled oats (old fashioned)2 cups shredded zucchini1 cup shredded carrot1 egg2 tbsp organic ketchup1 tsp organic yellow mustard1 tbsp dried onion2 tsp dried minced garlicgenerous shake salt-free seasoning blend2 dashes Worchestershire Sauce1 jar (4 oz) sweet potato turkey stage 2 baby food1 jar (2.5 oz) ground chicken stage 1 baby food
Directions
pulse in food processor until all ingredients are well mixed together.
spray pans with non-stick cooking spray. 1 mini-muffin pan (24 servings) and a 6-cup muffin pan (6 servings).
Evenly scoop out meat mixture into pans.

Bake at 350 F 35-45 minutes, checking doneness.
makes 30 mini-meatloaves.
