.6 cup sugar1/4 tsp baking soda1/8 tsp salt1/4 cup margarine.2 cup sugar.2 cup brown sugar (packed)1/4 tsp vanilla~1 egg (I cut the yolk about in half and kept out some of whites)1/2 cup butterscotch chips
mix dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, salt). mix wet ingredients (sugars, margarine, vanilla, egg) separately. slowly add dry to wet. fold in butterscotch chips.
place small mounds on ungreased baking sheet. cook 8-10 minutes (mine took 9)
makes 16 cookies.
