NFNS Crunchy Sunrise Parfait

Ingredients
2 cups frozen raspberries, thawed (sugar-free)Splenda to taste1 cup fat-free cottage cheese1 cup sugar-free lemon yogurt1/2 cup granola
Directions
Sweeten thawed raspberries with Splenda, if desired. In parfait or other tall glass, layer 1/4 cup raspberries, 1/4 cup cottage cheese, 1/4 cup raspberries, 1/4 cup yogurt and 2 Tbsp granola. Fills four glasses.
