NFNS Veggie "Nachos"

Ingredients
1 cup jicama, peeled and cut into finger sized sticks1 medium red bell pepper, sliced into strips1 large zucchini, sliced4 stalks celery, cut into 4" sticks1 1/2 cups shredded pepper jack cheese2 Tbsp canned diced green chilies2 Tbsp sliced black olives
Directions
Prep and arrange veggies on microwave-safe plate. Sprinkle evenly with cheese, chilies and olives. Microwave 2-5 minutes on medium high until cheese melts.
