Honey-Soy Pork Chops

Ingredients
1/4 cup lemon juice1/4 cup honey2 tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce1 tbsp unsweetened apple juice1 garlic cloves, minced3 boneless pork loin chops
Directions
In a small bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Pour 1/2 cup of the marinade into a resealable plastic bag; add pork chops. Seal bag and make sure that all chops are coated; refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Reserve the remaining marinade in the fridge for basting.

Heat your grill to medium heat. Grill pork for 4-5 minutes per side or to 160 degrees, basting frequently with remaining marinade.
