mushroom marsala sauce

Ingredients
Goat Milk, 0.50 cup (remove) Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove) Garlic, 3 cloves (remove) Shiitake Mushrooms, 0.50 cup pieces (remove) Shallots, 4 tbsp chopped (remove) Corn Starch, 0.06 cup (remove) Wine, Marsala Cooking Wine, 8 tbsp (remove) Stock, Organics Vegetable Broth, 1 cup (remove)
Directions
heat sauce pan (lots of surface area best)
add olive oil
then add shallots, garlic, & mushrooms
saute for 5 minutes on med high heat
add marsala & cook down for 5-8 minutes
add chicken stock, salt, and pepper & simmer for 10-15 minutes
makes 2 servings
serve over chicken breasts
