fluffy lemon salad

Ingredients
1 small pack lemon jello1 c. boiling watercan crushed pineapple8 oz cream cheese, softened3/4 c. sugar1 cup heavy cream1/2 c. chopped pecans
Directions
mix sugar and pineapple juice. Bring to a boil and cool.
mix Jello with boiling water. Add cream cheese and mix well. Add the cooled sugar and pineapple juice. Mix well. Add the pineapple. Whip the heavy cream and then add to the pineapple mixture. Fold into a large bowl. Top with pecans. Makes 8 servings
