colorful vegetable salad

Ingredients
6 cups broccoli florets6 cups cauliflowerets2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved1 cup chopped red onion15 black olives, slicedDressing:1 envelope ranch dressing mix2/3 cup canola oil1/4 cup white vinegar
Directions
chop vegetables and place in a large bowl. Dressing:
mix 1 envelope ranch dressing mix with 2/3 cup oil and 1/4 cup vinegar (combine in a jar with a tight lid). Pour over vegetables and toss. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
