Ingredients
8-10 oz smoked salmon (pref. smoked whole fillet) 1 TBL red onion, minced 1 celery stalk, minced 3 TBL mayonaise, or to taste 1 tsp lemon juice (approx 1/4 lemon wedge)
Directions
Fold ingredients together and chill for several hours before serving.
