Very very good.. my daughter loved it! I also added onion with the mushrooms sauteed them in a little bit of light butter before mixing into the gravy - 8/26/10

My whole family loves this one! My daughter is super-picky and she eats up every last bite of this. Easy to make on top of that. This has become a big part of our dinner rotation. The only downside is the sodium but if you watch your intake the rest of the day it's not that bad! - 10/11/10

I didn't have cube steaks, but at our Randalls store they sell Springer hill ground beef. I get the one that is 98% fat free. It is 120 calories / 2 g fat / 0 grams of fiber for 4 ounces. Then I boiled some potatoes and mashed them plain. VERY GOOD!!! - 10/5/10
