Corn Bread

Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour1 cup cornmeal1/4 cup sugar1/2 tsp baking power1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 teaspoon salt1 egg, lightly beaten1 cup reduced fat sour cream1/3 cup skim milk1/4 cup butter, melted
Directions
In large bowl, combine the flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Combine the egg, sour cream, milk and butter; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.

Pour into a greased 8-in square baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
