* Beans, black, 1 cup * Cucumber (peeled), 1 cup, pared, chopped * 12 Cherry Tomatoes, quartered * Lime Juice, juice of half a lime (optional) * Avocados, California (Haas), 1 fruit without skin and seeds~cut into slicersSalt & pepper to taste~ I like Kosher Salt the best!
