Black Bean and Tomato Salad

Ingredients
2.5 cups black beans1 cup finely diced cherry tomatoes (I use small heritage tomatoes)2 tbsp finely chopped cilantro.5 oz fresh lime juice.5 oz orange peach mango juice.5 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Directions
Gently mix all ingredients together in a medium sized bowl. Cover and let sit in the fridge for about an hour for the flavours to mingle. Makes 4 side-dish-sized servings.
