ALL INGREDIENTS ARE RAW AND UNPEELED except 1 apple, lime and avocado1/2 avocado4 golden delicious apples1/4 lime1/4 cucumber1 stalk celery1 handful or cup of spinach
DO NOT PEEL UNLESS INDICATED! Mix all ingredients except for 1 apple and the avocado in a juicer. Make sure you peel the lime. Then peel and chop one apple and scoop ouot avocado, put in blender. Add juice and a handful of Ice and blend until smooth. Makes 2 servings. add additional ice or water to alter consistency if desired.
