Cornbread Muffin

Ingredients
-6 Cornmeal-6 A/P Flour-5 Sugar1.5 tsp baking pwd.5 baking soda3/8 tsp salt12 fl oz buttermilk3 eggs-3 butter, melted
Directions
Combine all dry ingr and whisk together. Combine wet ingr and whisk together. Using wooden spoon combine wet ingr to dry. Mix until combined, do not over mix. Pour mixture into (2/3 full) foil muffin cups. Makes 15 muffins. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes.
