Dilled Shrimp Salad

Ingredients
1 lb. peeled, deveined, and cooked shrimp3 green onions, chopped2 medium celery stalks, chopped4 baby carrots, grated1/4-1/2 tsp dried dill weed (to taste)1/2 tsp Old Bay SeasoningCelery salt and pepper to taste3 tbsp Light Mayo
Directions
Peel, devein, and boil shrimp. Drain and allow to cool.

Chop shrimp coarsely. Add prepared green onion, celery, carrot, dill, Old Bay, and mayo, and mix well. Add seasonings to taste.

Serve chilled, on a bed of lettuce or in a wrap.

Yields about 5 1/2-cup servings
